Dr Joseph Chikelue Obi would like to publicly thank all those who recently backed his Secret Campaign to stop Graeme Robertson Dawson Catto (the Racist , Fraudulent , Incompetent and Corrupt Ex-President of the GMC) from successfully becoming the next Principal and Vice Chancellor of the University of Aberdeen.

Although the recent rejection of Professor Catto by his very own Academic Peers in Aberdeen is an exceedingly tough blow for the Former GMC President - we would still love to warmly wish Graeme all the very best of luck in his desperate attempt to urgently get elevated to the UK House of Lords - possibly via yet another Outrageously Outlandish Bid to become President of the Royal Society of Medicine - or any other Archaeic Medical Organization which is foolish enough to gleefully have him.

Before the OHPA formally begins its new role in 2011, Mr Merricks will comprehensively oversee a wide public consultation about its procedural rules ; to ethically ensure that all stakeholders are able to participate in the development of how it will operate.

Walter Merricks has been Chief Ombudsman at the Financial Ombudsman Service since 1999. He has been chairman of the British and Irish Ombudsman Association (BIOA) and a member of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority, where he briefly acted as interim chair in 2007-08.

Further Public Statements on this issue will additionally be made (by Doctor Joseph Obi) ; over the next few weeks or so.

Joseph Obi : Public Press Statement concerning the GMC's Inner Circle of 'High Profile' Medical Doctors . . .

" I have said this very many times before . . . and I will boldly say it again .

In my exceedingly humble regulatory opinion ; all UK Medical Doctors must urgently seek Independent Legal Advice before foolishly signing away the bulk of their Professional Practising Rights ; under the New General Medical Council Licensing Scheme.

Please also fundamentally note that there is currently More Than Enough Legal Evidence to Summarily Halt the whole Damn GMC Licensing Process Altogether ; via an Extremely Thorough ECJ (European Court of Justice) Assessment of the Totally Disgraceful Amended Medical Act of the United Kingdom .

Do not be Deceived (or Swayed or Hood-winked) by the GMC's Utterly Shameless Bunch of High Profile Doctors ; as almost all of them have already Selfishly Bartered their Support for Rabid GMC Policy in Sordid Exchange for Lifelong (Behind-the-Scenes) Immunity from GMC Investigations.

Once you foolishly sign up for the GMC Practising License , you must henceforth be perpetually prepared to rightfully lose many Future Court Cases relating to the General Medical Council's Stalinist Discretionary Powers in all key areas relating to your Professional Medical Career.

If you have not fully read the Current Version of Medical Act of the United Kingdom , then please kindly do so - Without Delay .

Posterity will never ever forgive you if you spinelessly fail to Comprehensively Reject the GMC License Now . . . "

Professor Joseph Obi Spills The Beans On New UK Medical Doctors Clinical Licence

General Medical Council Opposition Leader and MLC Boss Medical Licensing Commission (MLC) , Professor Joseph Chikelue Obi , has privately disclosed that the International Clinical License for Qualified Medical Graduates will still not follow an Annual Subscription Format.

Commenting during a brief phone conversation, the exceedingly jovial Professor Obi said :

" The International Clinical License will be issued on a One-Off (Fifty Year) Subscription Basis .

There will be a Simple 2-Tier Licensing System . . . Specialist and Generalist.

Those who have already completed their RCAM Fellowship Appraisal will remain on the Specialist Register - while all New Applicants will be admitted as Generalists.

Any Generalist can either happily remain at that level - or ethically upgrade to the Status of Specialist subject to Prevailing Specialist Appraisal Criteria and all of the Associated Upgrade Fees.

All Applicants will get expediently their 50 Year Clinical License right from the onset ; and this Clinical License will be lawfully used to obtain Appropriate Annual Professional Indemnity Cover from our Statutory Insurance Provider.

Those who economically wait till they have already been suspended before coming to us will have to pay a (Massive) Additional Discretionary Fee . . . So it is best that everyone applies early - as the cost of entry onto our Generalist Register for a 50 Year Period is set to be far much less than the annual regulatory cost of being a GMC Licensed (and Registered) Medical Practitioner . . . Yet the ultimate professional benefits of the International Clinical License could be absolutely amazing indeed . . . "

Dr Joseph Obi : " Do Not Bombard Us With GMC UK Medical License Applications . . . "

General Medical Council Opposition Leader Dr Joseph Obi is to soon make a Very Detailed Press Statement on the International Clinical License for Qualified Medical Graduates .

Anyone who is Applying Now will duly have to meet Our Modified Acceptance Criteria ; as we ethically feel that it is morally ironic that relatively few cared to listen to us when we were sending out incessant warnings about the General Medical Council.

Please therefore do not bombard us with Thousands of UK Applications at this particular stage ; as this Particular Initiative has been quietly (and successfully) going on over the past 24 months or so.

Those who are currently benefiting from the project are those who were defiant enough to boldly join us at the very early stages.

Thank You.

Joseph Obi : " Official GMC Rival Medical Licenses Have Already Been Issued . . . "

The latest batch of International Clinical Licenses (for Qualified Medical Graduates) has since been duly sent out to those UK Doctors who are totally dissatisfied with the {Monstrous} General Medical Council (GMC).

Chief Regulator of then Medical Licensing Commission , Professor Joseph Obi , is currently ardently attending to the next huge batch ; which will hopefully be formalized before he proceeds on Extended Summer Holiday.

Professor Joseph Chikelue Obi would like to warmly thank all those who have defiantly chosen to Stick Two Very Fat Fingers Up To The Obliviously Racist (and Morbidly Corrupt) General Medical Council.

Further details will be made available shortly.

" In my exceedingly humble professional opinion; the Newly Appointed Chairman of the General Medical Council , Professor Peter Rubin , does undoubtedly have the Fundamental Eclectic Potential to possibly become one of the Greatest GMC Presiding Officers of all time.

. . . My only grave concern is whether he innately possesses the Profound Regulatory Guts to judiciously read the writing on the wall ; and comprehensively dismantle the Crucible of Corruption which has been shamelessly holding back True Progress at the GMC . . .

Although almost all GMC Presidential Careers have ultimately ended in some sort of Failure or another ; I very fervently pray that Peter Rubin maverickly bucks that Nasty Trend and formidably goes on to do this Great Nation proud."

Dr Joseph Chikelue Obi Thrashes The General Medical Council . . . Again !

General Medical Council Opposition Leader , Dr Joseph Chikelue Obi , has maverickly brushed aside recent attempts to discredit him based on Politically-Sponsored News Articles.

Speaking in Belfast where he is currently enjoying a wonderful week Dr Obi said :

" When I was told that the General Medical Council had recruited a Team of 5000 (Five Thousand) Idle Bloggers to widely disseminate rubbish about me 24 hours a day , ( every single day of the year ) , I heartily chuckled and said OK . . . Let's wait and see precisely what they will say . . . (Because in my view , it is a perfectly Good Military Tactic to sit back and watch them all come creeping out of the woodwork , so that I know precisely what their capabilities are).

So they came all creeping out like Filthy Little Vermin . . . All 5000 of them.

They Googled . They Wriggled. They Spat. They Cursed . . . and They Left.

Now , after carefully surveying almost everything which they have incompetently written , the bottom-line is that they have sadly just wasted their time - and gloriously thrown away over one million dollars (worth) of Search-Engine-Optimization (SEO) Cash.

These Racists have woefully achieved nothing . . . absolutely nothing indeed . "

Joseph Chikelue Obi : " Medical Council Politics is Very Exciting Business "

Dr Joseph Chikelue Obi : Medical Council Quote of the Month : March 2009

" There's No Business like the Medical Council Politics Business.

In order to indelibly make your mark in this Game , you must Eclectically Know precisely when to either Dribble . . . Dabble . . . Duck . . . or . . . Dive . . . Damn . . . Deliver . . . "

Dr Joseph Chikelue Obi | Medical Council Corruption Update 1 | Serious GMC Regulatory Fraud | We Must Report Corrupt Barristers To The Police.

From the official desk of Dr Joseph Chikelue Obi - Leader of Opposition against the General Medical Council (GMC)

" It has sadly come to my notice that certain Outrageously Unscrupulous Barristers working for the General Medical Council (GMC) have been collecting Professional Fees of up to (and around) £10,000 Per Day (or more) to corruptly commit perjury ; in a desperate bid to maliciously wreck the fragile careers of a particular group of UK Medical Doctors.

I would therefore want to firmly advise all Affected Doctors to immediately report such actions directly to the Police - irrespective of whatever Legal Advice they may receive.

Once this matter is formally reported to the Police , the Affected Doctors must obtain a Reference Number from the Police , to enable the case be adequately regulated by the Independent Police Complaints Authority in the event of the matter not being fairly attended to ; as some of these Bribed Individuals also serve as Part-Time High Court Judges , Magistrates and Employment Tribunal Chairmen .

Affected Doctors must also urgently inform the Regulatory Body of the Corrupt Barrister (or Filthy Solicitor) - so that they can duly ensure that the Public is firmly protected from such Shameless Legal Criminals.

If the Appropriate Professional Regulatory Body decisively fails to act - then please contact Dr Joseph Chikelue Obi without any further delay ! "

Professor Joseph Chikelue Obi ¦ General Medicial Council Opposition Leader ¦ Christmas Message 2008

" Christmas is one of the most important times of the year.

For many of us , it is an absolutely perfect time to comprehensively reflect upon whatever the Christian Faith actually means ; while for others it is simply a very good opportunity to compassionately relax with Friends , Foes and Family.

One of the greatest strengths of GMC Abolition Campaign is the ground-breaking manner in which our humble movement has ethically leveraged an exceeedingly wide range of issues from very many different sectors ; while still formidably maintaining our Fundamental Political Ethos as an Anti-Discrimination Network.

Christmas is a time for communities to lovingly come together, to give and to share and to be at peace ; a time to build the kind of respect for each other which ultimately helps us to be stronger.

My affectionate hope for 2009 is that a tinsy winsy little bit of the profound goodwill and mutual respect which we all enjoy at Christmas will eclectically last (at least in part) ; all year round and possibly beyond .

Merry Christmas , Everybody . . . and Happy New Year."

Professor Joseph Chikelue Obi

Leader of Opposition against the General Medical Council

Chief Regulator of the Medical Licensing Commission (MLC)

Professor Joseph Chikelue Obi ¦ "General Medical Council Racism will be the main MLC Recruiter in 2009 . . ."

Undisputed Leader of Opposition against the General Medical Council and Chief Regulator of the Medical Licensing Commission (MLC), Professor Joseph Chikelue Obi , has dropped exceedingly subtle hints as to what his Political Modus Operandi will be as from the year 2009 onwards.

Speaking in response to direct questions posed during a Private Luncheon Party , a totally relaxed Professor Obi said :

" Over the past few years we have been loudly alerting UK Doctors to the profound dangers relating to the General Medical Council (GMC) and it's Abusive Regulatory Powers.

As things currently stand, hundreds of UK Doctors are now being unfairly deprived of their livelihoods every single month.

This is exceedingly interesting news for the Medical Licensing Commission ; as the General Medical Council Racism now seems to be indirectly recruiting Embattled Medical Doctors for the Medical Licensing Commission . . . on an exceedingly grand scale indeed. "

Joseph Obi Attacks Archbishop Sentamu ¦ Says bringing down Dr Mugabe will not save Zimbabwe ¦ Calls Sentamu an Ungrateful 'Latter Day' Mary Antoinette

Firebrand Black British Human Rights Campaigner , Joseph Obi , has staunchly defended his public criticism of Archbishop John Sentamu over his recent attitude towards the lawfully re-elected Zimbabwean President , Dr Robert Mugabe.

Speaking during a Private Discussion on Global Affairs , Professor Obi categorically said :

" John Sentamu always takes pride in boasting that he was a former political dissident in Uganda during the time of Field Marshall Idi Amin.

But what the Infallible Mr Sentamu will not tell you is that he was formally detained (and affectionately kicked around like a football) for only a few months , in a relatively comfortable prison cell , before gleefully being allowed to gracefully hop onto the very next flight to the Land of Milk and Honey ; while his fellow Ugandans were alarmingly dying of hunger.

Lord Sentamu never for a single moment , ever went back to Uganda with the view of contesting for high political office for the ultimate betterment of his people.

As far as he seemed to be concerned , Almighty God would formidably take care of all those whom he left behind in Africa - while the UK Taxpayer would lavishly take care of him.

Sentamu never took up arms in any Freedom Fight at all - and neither did he ever put his own fabulously precious life on the line to defiantly ensure that due Justice was ever done.

John Sentamu was not a grade one dissident (of any kind whatsoever) : He was (principally) just a self-serving, Junior Ranking Ugandan High Court Judge who was never seen to be a threat to Idi Amin ; otherwise Idi would have definitely made an exceptionally palatable dish out of him - and publicly chewed on his flesh for almost everybody to see.

Robert Mugabe however , patriotically chose never to cowardly abandon his Noble Country , and painfully spent 10 (ten) whole years in prison (without Trial) during White Minority Rule , at the peak of the Rhodesian Liberation Struggles ; and even sorrowfully lost his beloved son during that very same extended racist incarceration in question.

But the ungrateful Bishop Sentamu will hardly ever mention this ; even though he knows (fully well) that it was Mugabe's Landmark Rhodesian Struggle which sensationally paved the way for better democracy in Uganda , Zambia , Tanzania , Ghana ,Botswana , South Africa , Kenya, Nigeria and almost every other African Nation at large.

Under Mugabe, Zimbabwe was indeed the ultimate bread-basket of Africa, and he never ever turned his Fellow African Brethren (including Ugandans like Sentamu) away in times of need ; despite exceedingly challenging circumstances.

To put it bluntly : Robert Mugabe almost single-handedly gave firm strategic direction during the Armed Freedom Fight for Zimbabwe against it's Shameless Colonial Masters ; and (for a very long time) was also eclectically reponsible for an exceedingly wide range of support to almost every African Nation throughout the Continent.

It was only when Mugabe initiated the Land Redistribution Programme (to get back some of the land which the Colonialists STOLE from ordinary Zimbabweans) that the Western Nations finally made up their minds to ruthlessly get rid of him ; even if it meant callously starving millions of poor Zimbabweans to death in the process , via Economic Strangulation.

My message to Lord Archbishop Dr John Sentamu is therefore very pure and simple : Bringing down Mugabe will certainly not save Zimbabwe - and neither will a shoddy little gesture of snipping one's Luxuriously Starched Dog Collar into bits on International Television.

If anything, the Sentamu Dog Collar Stunt reveals Mr Sentamu to be nothing short of a Latter Day Mary Antoinette of 'Let them eat Cake' fame ; as his endearing political message now seems to be some sort of : 'Let them eat Dog Collar'.

What Zimbabweans really (really) need right now is massive humanitarian aid, and the only way to urgently get that aid directly to the Poor Citizens is by duly according the Mugabe Regime with it's appropriate respect ; even if it means diplomatically swallowing one's foul-tasting spittle - or painfully holding one's stinking nose in the process.

Afterall , Sentamu Dog Collar will not feed , clothe , educate , employ or house the very poor people of Zimbabwe - and neither will Sentamu Dog Collar miraculously save any single one of them from Cholera , Malaria , Tuberculosis or HIV/AIDS . . . "

Joseph Obi admonishes Archbishop Sentamu over Robert Mugabe ¦ "John Sentamu has failed to do anything about GMC Racism (& Ethnic Cleansing) in the UK"

Controversial Black British Human Rights Activist , Joseph Obi , has publicly criticized Archbishop John Sentamu over his recent attitude towards the lawfully re-elected Zimbabwean President , Dr Robert Mugabe.

Speaking at yet another Private Round Table Discussion on African Affairs , Professor Obi bluntly stated :

" Archbishop John Sentamu may very well wish to (kindly) go sit down and carefully perfect his Sudoku Skills or something.

He is not any better than Robert Mugabe - in my very own opinion.

Where has Dr Sentamu been all this while when the General Medical Council (GMC) has been criminally harassing Ethnic Minority Doctors in the United Kingdom ; and forcing many of them to an early grave ?

Where was Mister Sentamu when these Poor Ethnic Minority Doctors were consistently committing suicide as a direct result of Atrociously Racist GMC Policies ?

Was Sentamu gracefully waltzing around in his Palatial Archbishop's Mansion in York - greedily scoffing down Sunday Turkey and Cranberry Sauce - without even caring a bloody damn about what was callously going on under his very own UK Nostrils ?

Anyway , today is not the day to attack a Man of the Cloth .

I would have said far much more on Lord Sentamu , but as the African Union has already (and rightfully) comprehensively ignored Reverend Sentamu altogether (in favour of my very own Zimbabwe Resolution Proposal ) , I warmly leave the matter in the Hands of Almighty God . . . especially now that Sentamu’s call for a Mugabe Ouster has (since) dramatically backfired.

In the interim , May the Good Lord Jesus appropriately unbridle the GMC-Harnessed Tongue of Showman John Sentamu ; as and when is spiritually deemed fit . "

Prof Joseph Chikelue Obi warmly endorses his Preferred Candidate for Brooklyn Borough Presidency . . .

Celebrity Alternative Medicine Guru and Wellness FM Judge , Professor Joseph Chikelue Obi , has publicly endorsed Councilman Charles Barron as the next Brooklyn Borough President .

Speaking during a recent Civil Liberties Event, Professor Obi said :

" Charles Barron is definitely one of the very few Formidable Black American Politicians in the State of New York , who fundamentally has precisely what it takes to eclectically move the whole of Brooklyn Borough progressively forward.

I therefore warmly wish Councilman Barron all of the very (very) best in the upcoming Brooklyn Presidential Elections . . . "

Joseph Obi Defends Robert Mugabe ¦ Asks Mugabe Regime To Open It's Doors To All Charitable Organizations ¦ Moots (A.U) Zimbabwean Mediation Commission

Controversial Black British Human Rights Activist , Joseph Obi , has publicly defended the recently re-elected Zimbabwean President , Dr Robert Mugabe.

Speaking at yet another Private Round Table Discussion on African Affairs , the eclectic Professor Obi bluntly re-iterated :

" It is already on due public record that His Excellency Dr Robert Gabriel Mugabe successfully contested the Zimbabwean Presidential Elections . . . and was duly declared to be the lawful winner of the said 2008 Presidential Election by the Statutorily Competent Zimbabwean Electoral Commission (ZEC) . . . in addition to having also being formally sworn in by the Lord Chief Justice of Zimbabwe (with all of the Supreme Court Justices and Defence Chiefs in tow).

Shocking though these comments may seem , there is actually precious little that anyone out there can really do about it ,(short of either an Assassination or an Invasion or both) ; as Zimbabwe still remains a Sovereign National State in it's very own right.

What Zimbabwe really needs to do right now is widely open it's Doors to Charitable Organizations and defiantly tell Prime Minister Gordon Brown (of the UK) to mind his own bloody business, while Africa seriously tries to resolve the problem just like the AU recently did (under very similar circumstances) in Kenya.

Dr Gordon Brown was never ever elected to be British Prime Minister via any general election in the UK , and he never ever even had the bleeding guts to honourably hold a general election once it dawned upon him that he would most probably lose it !

So what moral right does Gordon Brown now have to challenge the legitimacy of Robert Mugabe on the election issue ?"

When asked how precisely he would solve the problem , Professor Joseph Obi essentially churned out his previous statement on the matter:

"I have never (ever) been comfortable with the idea of Robert Mugabe being the Omnipotent Executive (Presidential) Head of State. Zimbabwe (former Rhodesia) has historically had both a Prime Minister and a Head of State.

My previously publicized solution to this whole wretched quagmire has already been duly implemented ; and essentially involved bringing back the post of Prime Minister of Zimbabwe , and warmly offering it to Morgan Tsvangirai of the MDC - whose political party decisively won the Parliamentary Elections , as officially declared by the ZEC.

My aforementioned plan also allowed Dr Robert Mugabe - who decisively won the Zimbabwean Presidential Elections (as officially declared by the ZEC) to remain as Titular Head of State ; up until the hallowed time when he gracefully gives up the Ghost (which I can assure you will probably not be as long as you think).

My solution also demanded that George W Bush , Gordon Brown and all of the other nosey little busybodies (outside Zimbabwe) should kindly concentrate on the Huge Poverty (and Destitution) in their very own countries - without endlessly meddling in Zimbabwe's Internal Affairs.

An important additionally updated inclusion to the plan specifically relates to the award of Massive Financial (and Administrative) Concessions to those Charitable Organizations which are independently (and ethically) assisting Zimbabwe with various Agricultural Projects , Sanitation (Sewage) Issues , Safe Drinking Water Initiatives , Basic Education Strategies , Micro-Credit Facilities , Public Health Programmes and Medical Services - most especially at the Local (Grassroots) Level.

All that it will maverickly take (in this particular case) to independently oversee this exceptionally difficult time is a Firebrand (Top Level) African Union Mediation Commission made up of Winnie Mandela (of South Africa) , Ibrahim Babangida (of Nigeria) together with Jerry Rawlings (of Ghana) - and the whole Zimbabwean Election Problem will be amicably resolved long before you know it . . . so that ordinary Zimbabweans (out on the streets) will at least be able to afford bread , butter, milk , rice and fish - while all outstanding matters are carefully being ironed out by the Seasoned Mediators.

Africa is more than competent enough to expediently solve it's very own regional problems (Thank you very much). "

Joseph Obi ¦ "General Medical Council 'Changes' Do Not Currently Deserve An 'Official' Opposition Leadership Response . . . "

Formidable Leader of Opposition against the General Medical Council , Professor Joseph Obi , has (once again) bluntly refused to make a Comprehensive Public Statement on the New General Medical Council , (this time postponing comments) till sometime next year .

Speaking in reply to requests for a formal response to the (long overdue) matter , Professor Obi said :

" As I have previously stated , there is absolutely no hurry (whatsover) to even remotely entertain any queries in relation to the so-called New GMC . . . For I am reliably informed that many of the so-called New GMC Council Members have actually been on the GMC Payroll during varying past (and present) periods , delightfully spanning over the past few decades or so.

As such , it would be totally inappropriate to describe such a Comprehensively Recycled Bunch of Exceedingly Interesting Characters as being (anywhere near) New , in the very first place. "

*END OF PRESS STATEMENT

Joseph Chikelue Obi ¦ " I'm a Survivor . . .Not a Saint . . ."

Undisputed Leader of Political Opposition against the General Medical Council and Chief Regulator of the Medical Licensing Commission (MLC) , Professor Joseph Chikelue Obi, has (once again) jokingly played down rumours that he is fast becoming some sort of Latter Day Maverick Medical Anarchist.

Commenting on further General Medical Council Insinuations that he is rapidly instigating an Indelible Professional Schism within the Global Medical Fraternity, a widely grinning Professor Obi firmly responded :

" I've said it countless many times before - and I'll robustly say it again.

Go do an Extended Google Search for Joseph Chikelue Obi and read it all for yourself.

There are very few Qualified Medical Doctors (on this blessed planet) who have successfully survived even one tenth of what I have boldly had to put up with , over the past decade or so . . . But even that does not summarily elevate me to the status of some sort of Latter Day Regulatory Maverick or Medical Messiah.

I'm a Survivor . . . Not a Saint . . . and there is very little more to say about it . . ."

Joseph Chikelue Obi ¦ Additional GMC Employment Tribunal Claims soon set to surface in Belfast (Northern Ireland) ?

An Extremely Worried Member of Staff at the General Medical Council has officially confirmed that Leader of Opposition against the General Medical Council and Chief Regulator of the Medical Licensing Commission (MLC) , Doctor Joseph Chikelue Obi, has formally advised the General Medical Council , that further Landmark Employment Tribunal Claims will soon start surfacing in Northern Ireland.

The Northern Ireland Claims are said totally different from those already going on in London ( see Dr Joseph Chikelue Obi v General Medical Council ) ; as Northern Ireland has it's very own Legal System

Doctor Joseph Chikelue Obi ¦ " There is no such thing as Negative Publicity . . ."

Exceptionally Controversial General Medical Council Opposition Leader and MLC Boss Medical Licensing Commission (MLC) , Doctor Joseph Chikelue Obi , has (once again) sensationally thrashed yet more agents of the General Medical Council ; who recently failed in their bid to block his private acquisition of a Luxury Penthouse Studio.

Commenting on the exponential rise in his global popularity , (despite a heavily financed online campaign to discredit him) , an extremely jovial Professor Obi calmly averred :

" I have gradually come to learn that there is ultimately no such thing as negative publicity.

In exceedingly capable hands, adverse publicity could actually yield a highly lucrative shower of absolutely fabulous benefits indeed.

For instance , if I want to bulldoze my way into almost any Company Boardroom (on the Planet) these days , all that I really need to do is politely mention the phrase Joseph Chikelue Obi and boldly ask them to Google Me.

By the time that they swiftly begin to rummage through all of the Morbid Internet Trash which is constantly being written about me , a positive smile gradually starts appearing on their faces . . . while the word Sir rapidly starts appearing after every single sentence , nod and bow.

Before you know it , Hitherto Closed Doors suddenly start flying open . . . and previously unaccessible Corporate Presidents (and CEO's) mysteriously begin to have a Quite a Few Spare Minutes of Talk-Time on offer.

So , being the Undisputed Hardman of the Medical World does undoubtedly still have it's wee little perks .

I therefore sincerely wish (and pray) that my extremely bitter enemies (hopefully) live long enough to see me innocently enjoy the precious little fruits of their very own labour !"

Joseph Obi : " The DR(AM) Prefix Title will also be made available to Embattled Medical Doctors . . ."

Leader of Opposition against the General Medical Council and Chief Regulator of the Medical Licensing Commission (MLC) , Doctor Joseph Obi, has publicly confirmed that the brand new DR(AM) Prefix Title will additionally be made fully available to those Medical Graduates who do not hold Registration with either the General Medical Council , or any other Statutory Medical Licensing Bodies .

Responding to multiple questions in relation to DR(AM) - the Brand New Alternative Medicine Prefix Title ,Professor Obi categorically stated :

"If GMC President Graeme Robertson Dawson Catto can easily get away with technically killing a patient and deliberately falsifying a massive bundle of NHS Casenotes thereof (to elegantly cover up his fiendish little tracks from both the Police and the Coroner) ; then I see absolutely no reason why Suspended , Struck-Off , and Unregistered Medical Doctors should not be given the ethical opportunity to lawfully avail of the DR(AM) Designation - subject to current DR(AM) Criteria.

The beauty of the DR(AM) Initiative is that it can rapidly be acquired in record time , thus enabling almost any Qualified Medical Graduate to lawfully set up his (or her) very own Private (Alternative Medicine) Clinic ; within 14 Working Days of completion of all of the necessary formalities.

Whatever your Embattled Medical Background ,the DR(AM) Initiative can swiftly (and legally) help you profitably find your feet again ; provided that you act quickly.

Apply Early - to avoid having to pay a huge amount in 2009 . . ."

The programme will also be extended to all those who have suffered a similar fate before other Statutory Medical Regulatory Bodies all over the Globe ; Professor Obi does not believe that the talents of any Qualified Medical Graduate should ever be allowed to go to waste , especially when the Racist General Medical Council is refusing to comprehensively investigate Medical Manslaughter Allegations against GMC President Graeme Robertson Dawson Catto.

Further details will be publicly made available at www.MedicalCouncil.co.uk ; in due course

Dr Joseph Obi publicly backs Hillary Clinton Nomination for US Secretary of State . . .

Controversial General Medical Council Opposition Leader and MLC Boss Medical Licensing Commission (MLC) , Dr Joseph Obi , has publicly backed Senator Hillary Clinton for the post of United States Secretary of State.

Reacting to News that US President Barack Obama is seriously considering her for the Top Diplomatic Job, Professor Obi said:

"President Obama's fabulous choice of Senator Hillary Clinton for the post of United States (U.S) Secretary of State will eclectically energize American Foreign Policy as a whole ; and I warmly look forward to ethically witnessing a brand new dawn in International Diplomatic Relations ; most especially between the United States of America and the rest of the world at large. "

Dr Joseph Obi Wins Round 1 ¦ Dr Joseph Obi v General Medical Council ¦ Employment Tribunal

A dejected member of Staff at the General Medical Council has duly confirmed that Leader of Opposition against the General Medical Council and Chief Regulator of the Medical Licensing Commission (MLC) , Dr Joseph Obi, has comprehensively won the first round against the General Medical Council , after the GMC dramatically failed to strike out his Landmark Employment Tribunal Claim.

At the time of this exceedingly brief report , the exceedingly busy Legal Team of Professor Joseph Obi bluntly refused to comment on the issue.

Additional Updates are coming soon.

Joseph Obi vs GMC ¦ Employment Tribunal Update 2

We are exceedingly pleased to announce that the Official Website for the Landmark Employment Tribunal Case between Dr Joseph Chikelue Obi and the General Medical Council is now up and running ; and can ethically be accessed here.

The site has become necessary to counter the oodles (and oodles) of mis-information which is currently being ruthlessly churned out (about Doctor Joseph Chikelue Obi) by the General Medical Council and it's agents.

Please kindly click here to visit it.

Joseph Obi vs GMC ¦ Employment Tribunal Update 1

This is to publicly announce that an Official Website is currently being set up for the Landmark Employment Tribunal Case between Dr Joseph Obi and the General Medical Council.

The site has become necessary to counter the oodles (and oodles) of mis-information which is currently being ruthlessly churned out (about Professor Joseph Obi) by the General Medical Council and it's stooges.

Further details will be released in due course.

Joseph Obi is not accountable to the GMC . . .

This is to publicly clarify that the Leader of Opposition against the General Medical Council and Chief Regulator of the Medical Licensing Commission (MLC) , Professor Joseph Obi, is not accountable to the General Medical Council in any way , shape or form.

The General Medical Council has repeatedly missed all Statutory Opportunities to regulate Professor Obi ; and has comprehensively fallen into a well-constructed trap.

The General Medical Council has also sensationally failed in it's bid to use the Racist Press (et al) to globally discredit him ; as his popularity has actually dramatically soared since then - and he has now become a major household name.

To this effect, Professor Joseph Obi is now categorically deemed to be totally above the General Medical Council ; and totally outwith the GMC's Jurisdiction or Purview.

The current Employment Tribunal Case is specifically not asking for re-instatement ; rather it is explicitly demanding Massive Financial Compensation and various other Lawful Interventions too.

Any other Litigation or Appeal Cases outwith the Employment Tribunal are purely for the purposes of extracting further information from the GMC, which would not have ordinarily been available outside the Statutory Court Process.

The GMC has gleefully done it's very own little bit over the past decade (or so) ; and now is the time for Joseph Obi to expediently do his very own (tinsy-winsy) little bit too.

Everyone (on earth) fundamentally deserves a Fair (and Impartial) Hearing . . . even Dr Joseph Obi.

Joseph Obi ¦ "General Medical Council will never be the same again"

Chief Regulator of the Medical Licensing Commission and GMC Opposition Chieftain , Professor Joseph Obi , has publicly declared that the days of the GMC are ultimately numbered.

Speaking after a closed-door meeting with a large gathering of Doctors from all parts of the UK , Professor Obi said :

" The General Medical Council has been fatally wounded , and it will never ever be the same again.

More and More Ethnic Minority Doctors are boldly rising up against the Racist GMC Regime , every single day ; and it will only be a matter of time before the General Medical Council finally gives up the Regulatory Ghost. "

Saturday, November 22, 2008

Dr Joseph Obi ¦ "General Medical Council Licensing is not compulsory for UK Clinical Work".

" The General Medical Council (GMC) does not (and will never ever) have Limitless Statutory Powers to prevent any Qualified Medical Graduate from carrying out all forms of Clinical Work within the United Kingdom.

As far as you do not represent yourself as a GMC-Registered Medical Practitioner within the United Kingdom while lawfully performing certain Clinical Actions , Duties , Activities and Procedures which do not exclusively require GMC Registration or Licensing ; then the GMC cannot touch you - provided that you have a Solid Professional Body behind you.

I therefore publicly urge you all to comprehensively ignore any General Medical Council Correspondence which unlawfully states otherwise ; as there are very many hundreds of thousands of Nurses and other Healthcare Professionals in the UK who legally carry out thousands of Serious Clinical Procedures every single day - without any form of GMC Registration or Licensing whatsover."

Professor Joseph Chikelue Defends Dentists Use Of 'Doctor' Title . . .

GMC Opposition Leader and MLC Boss Medical Licensing Commission (MLC) , Professor Joseph Chikelue Obi , has publicly stated that Qualified Dentists have exactly the same right to call themselves 'Doctor' . . . just like their Medical Counterparts.

Reacting to News that the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has barred Dentists from using the word 'Doctor' in their Promotional Materials, Professor Obi said:

" The Term Doctor ,(which had it's origins in the Latin Verb 'Doceo' meaning 'to Teach or To Mentor'), was used for very many generations for Multidisciplinary Academic Professionals (of Top University Standard) , long before Physicians were even college-educated.

A Revolutionary Bunch of Snobby Physicians literally hijacked the 'Doctor Title' sometime in the 14th century even when they were still Trained via an Apprentice Licentiate System.

So , for Medical Practitioners to now claim that they should be the only people allowed to use that designation is absolutely absurd (to say the very least).

The General Public are highly well-informed these days , and will clearly understand the various differences in Clincial Roles if Professionals clearly introduce themselves properly and if we do a good job of explaining who we are and what services we provide.

For example , I could say , My name is Joseph , and I am an Alternative Medicine Doctor. I could also describe myself as Doctor Joseph Chikelue Obi - a Consultant in Evidence Based Alternative Medicine.

The recent ASA Ruling in relation to Dentists is Fundamentally Flawed , and I hereby advise all UK Dentists to defiantly drag the Advertising Standards Authority through every Named Court on the Planet .

Dentists all over the world universally use the 'Doctor' Title ; and it is exceedingly foolish for the ASA to bullishly attempt to demean the Dental Profession , via such a highly uninformed decision.

While the General Dental Council of the United Kingdom (and the British Dental Association) are gracefuully ruminating on this issue , I would hereby like to assure all Dentists in the United Kingdom that the Medical Licensing Commission fully recognizes Dentists as 'Teeth Doctors' , and will continue to do so irrespective of the ASA Ruling.

In addition to that , all Dentists in the UK who wish to Register with the Medical Licensing Commission , are perfectly free to do so - with immediate effect ; thus appropriately making them lawfully eligible to additionally avail of the Brand New Alternative Medicine Doctor Prefix Designation Title in addition to their conventional 'Doctor' Honorific.

As a Fully Qualified International Medical Doctor , I wish to publicly rebuke those Shameless Medical Graduates who are ruthlessly terrorizing Dental Surgeons , Chiropractors , Podiatrists and other 'Unseen Doctors'.

Such abominably divisive attitude will one day end up wrecking the British Medical Profession itself , as most Medical Practitioners in the United Kingdom technically only just have a Bachelors (First) Degree , not a Medical Doctorate ; thus equally making most of them Totally Non-Eligible to use the 'Doctor Title'.

As we in Alternative Medicine now have our very own Professional Prefix Title , I strong urge Registered Medical Practitioners to expediently get their very own Title Prefix too - instead of foolishly harassing Qualified Dentists and other Clinical Brethren in the Healthcare Arena. "
